Kirsten founded Salt and Pepper Social Studio in 2019. She started as a social media manager and quickly realized her skill-set more aligned with online business management. After finding this alignment, her client base and the demand for her services grew out of her own hands and into an agency! After scaling her agency to consistent 5-figure months and working with industry leaders in the online coaching game--she decided to take her expertise and share it with fellow service providers through exclusive group programs and even an OBM Academy! Kirsten still works exclusively with select agency clients, however she prides herself on building an incredible team that the Studio's clients can trust to get the job DONE!
