Meet Kirsten
The Founder and Head Strategist behind Roldan & Co. Marketing, formerly known as Salt and Pepper Social Studio. Kirsten started as a Social Media Manager to Fitness Coaches. Side-hustlin' to her demanding 7-5 job in healthcare was cool, until she realized she could make a career online. Through scaling her own business she learned how to manage others, and next thing she knew she became an in-demand OBM to high-level Business Coaches and Industry Leaders. Within 6 months of business, Kirsten built a team that managed 6-figure launches, facilitated recorded-breaking cash months, and built 200k+ in passive income funnels for her clients.
